The Next Generation Data Center - Lean, Mean and…Green!

Soaring energy prices, shrinking floor space and larger and larger masses of data have generated an industry movement toward "greening" the data center.  Storage vendors are launching green initiatives and industry consortiums are popping up left and right to study and solve the problem.  But what does it mean to you?  How green is your data center?  And what "green" steps should you be taking, if any?  In this session, Tom Clark, SNIA Board Member and a Principal Engineer in the Technical Marketing group at Brocade, will help define the green options available today - and how to succeed in setting up a green data center.
